Context : Over 1,000 devotees are embarking on a sacred journey covering 11,000 km across eight states. They will visit 12 Jyotirlinga temples, three sacred Dhams, and the Tirupati Balaji temple on two specially designed trains.
- To facilitate the spiritual journey, IRCTC has organised two specially designed trains — Kailash Bharat Gaurav and Chitrakoot Bharat Gaurav.
- The pilgrimage culminates on 19 August, 2023 at Delhi.
Objective of Bharat Gaurav Train
- Aims: To serve as a reminder of the quintessential essence of Sanatana Dharma and the glory of Lord Ram’s name.

- The circuit includes visits to Vishwanath Jyotirlinga, Baidyanath Jyotirlinga, Jagannath Puri, Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga, Rameshwaram Jyotirlinga, and Tirupati Balaji temple, among others.
- Total of 1,008 devotees embark on a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel through the sacred landscapes of India.

- Devotees embark on a spiritual journey on July 22, 2023, starting with Kedarnath at an altitude of 12,000 feet.
