Junaid Ahmad

Junaid Ahmad: Success in the UPSC exam does not hinge on being a top performer since childhood; it doesn’t favor rote knowledge. Numerous examples abound where individuals, initially considered average students, have emerged as successful IAS/IPS officers after conquering these rigorous competitive exams.

IAS Officer Junaid Ahmad

Many schools and parents start putting pressure on children regarding studies and career from an early age. One thing is implanted in the minds of children, if their marks are less then they will be called average students and average students are not able to do much in life. But this notion is absolutely wrong. We have examples of many average students whose career is better than that of the toppers. IAS Junaid Ahmed of Uttar Pradesh cadre is also one of them.

UPSC Dream

Junaid dreamed of becoming an IAS officer but this path was not easy for him. Being an average student, he had to work very hard. He had taken admission in UPSC Coaching. He started studying for 8-9 hours daily. But despite this the result was not as per his wish. He failed in UPSC exam 3 times. But he did not give up nor did he let his courage weaken.
