If you have a ration card, you get 5 kilograms of rice or wheat and 1 kilogram of dal through the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana program. This plan started by covering 80 crore ration cards for 3 months in 2020, and now it’s extended for another four months in 2022.
3. Meri Policy Mere Hath
The Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana was launched to offer crop insurance to farmers, ensuring they are supported in case of crop loss or damage. This program aims to keep farmers well-informed and equipped by providing financial assistance to those who have experienced such losses. Through this initiative, the government provides funding to ensure the farming community is resilient in the face of challenges.
4. Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan
The Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan scheme is all about giving a helping hand to state higher education institutions. It offers them special funding to get better at what they do and make higher education easier for everyone to reach.
5. Support for marginal individuals for livelihood and enterprise (SMILE)
