UPSC has released the recruitment exam dates for 2023 for multiple posts on the official website at upsc.gov.in

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the exam dates for various recruitment posts in 2023, which are now available on their official website at upsc.gov.in. Among the scheduled exams is the Drug Inspector in Drugs Control Department (GNCTD) recruitment exam, set to take place on August 19 in a single shift from 9.30 am to 11.30 am. Aspiring candidates should be aware that this exam will consist of objective-type questions with multiple-choice answers, and it aims to fill 25 vacant positions.

Simultaneously, the recruitment test for assistant architects in the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is also scheduled for Saturday, August 19. This particular exam will be held in the afternoon session, from 2 pm to 4 pm, and it will be conducted offline with pen and paper. Thirteen vacancies will be filled through this examination. It is crucial to note that requests for changing the test center will not be entertained by the authorities.

On August 20, the recruitment exams for Junior Translation Officers in both ESIC (Ministry of Labour and Employment) and EPFO (Ministry of Labour and Employment) will take place in a single shift from 2 pm to 4 pm. These exams aim to fill a combined total of 86 posts in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation.

Additionally, the combined recruitment exam for the Junior Time Scale (JTS) Grade of Central Labour Service, which includes the positions of ALC (Central), AWC (Central), ALWC (Central), and Assistant Director, is also scheduled for August 20. This exam will be conducted in the morning session, from 9.30 am to 11.30 am, and it is set to fill 29 vacant posts through the recruitment process.

UPSC RECRUITMENT EXAM 2023: IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

According to the UPSC exam day guidelines, candidates are required to arrive at the exam center one hour prior to the scheduled start of the test. Entry into the exam venue will be prohibited ten minutes before the designated test commencement time. It is essential for all applicants to bring a hard copy or printout of their admit card to the exam hall. Additionally, they should carry a copy of the ‘instructions to candidates’ provided, for reference during the examination.
