These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all Users of the IAS NEXT Platform, including educators who contribute User Content. The IAS NEXT Platform encompasses all elements of the Website and Apps, comprising products, software, and services offered via the IAS NEXT Platform. By using the IAS NEXT Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

IAS NEXT reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the IAS NEXT Platform, including User Content, without prior notice.

2. Content Access

You agree not to distribute any part of the IAS NEXT Platform or its content without prior written authorization from IAS NEXT. You also agree not to alter or modify any part of the IAS NEXT Platform. Accessing the content of other Users through means other than the designated video playback pages is prohibited.

Commercial use of the IAS NEXT Platform requires prior written approval from IAS NEXT.

3. Content Use

All content on the IAS NEXT Platform, including trademarks, service marks, logos, images, software, and graphics, is owned or licensed by IAS NEXT and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Downloading User Content is only allowed if a “download” or similar link is provided by IAS NEXT. Copying, reproducing, transmitting, publishing, or exploiting User Content for any other purposes without prior written consent from IAS NEXT or the respective licensors is prohibited.

Security-related features of the IAS NEXT Platform shall not be circumvented or interfered with.

4. Registration

Candidates must ensure they have scanned images of their photograph, Photo ID Proof, and signature in the specified formats and sizes before proceeding with online registration.

5. Confidentiality

Personal Information may be used by IAS NEXT for research, statistical analysis, and business intelligence purposes without reference to specific individuals.

All employees and data processors associated with the processing of sensitive personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

IAS NEXT reserves the right to use user data, including results, testimonials, and interviews, for promotional purposes.

Terms & Conditions

Prior to and subsequent to enrolling in any course offered by IAS NEXT, students must acknowledge, confirm, and adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Responsibility for Possessions: Students are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, including books, bags, laptops, mobile phones, and other valuables. IAS NEXT is not liable for any loss, theft, or misplacement of these items.

Fee Payment:

Payment Methods: Students can make payments through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cash.

Amount as per Receipt: The fee amount stated on the receipt at the time of admission must be paid.

Installment Scheme: Students opting for the Installment Payment Scheme are subject to applicable charges, as determined by the institute.

Late Payment Charges: Late payment charges of Rs 100 per day will be levied for payments made after the due date.

Independent Verification: Students are advised to conduct independent inquiries about the institute’s credentials, quality of education, faculty, and study material before making any payments.

Refund or Replacement Policy:

No Refunds: Fees, installments, and registration amounts, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Replacement Not Permitted: Seat replacement with another student is not allowed.

No Fee Adjustment: Fees cannot be adjusted for different courses or batches.

Discipline:

Adherence to Discipline: Students must maintain strict discipline and sincerity within the institute premises.

Prohibited Behavior: Misbehavior, disrespect, fighting, damage to property, or any other improper activity is strictly prohibited.

Absenteeism:

Regular Attendance: Students must attend classes and tests regularly as per the assigned schedule.

Remedial Classes: IAS NEXT may, at its discretion, provide remedial classes or allow attendance in another batch for absentee students.

Video Lectures: The provision of video lectures for missed classes is subject to the institute’s discretion and may be chargeable.

Batch Venue and Timings: Changes in the batch venue and timings are at the discretion of IAS NEXT.

Maintaining Reputation:

Non-Defamation: Students must refrain from defaming or disreputing IAS NEXT, its courses, faculty, or management.

Protection of Brand Value: Students are expected to protect and promote the good name and brand value of IAS NEXT.

Legal Actions: Students and their associates will be liable for legal and financial consequences in case of any defamation or legal proceedings against the institute.

Adherence to Rules & Regulations: Students must comply with the Rules & Regulations of IAS NEXT.

Representation Accuracy: Students acknowledge that promotional materials are for representational purposes and may vary from the actual situation.

No Guaranteed Success: The institute and faculty do not promise guaranteed success in competitive examinations.

Final Decision: IAS NEXT’s decision on adherence to rules and conditions will be final.

Use of Personal Information: IAS NEXT has the student’s consent to use their name, photograph, quotation, etc. in its advertisements and promotions.
